Jr. Engineer - Asset Integrity

Role Purpose

As a Jr. Engineer in the Asset Integrity department, you will contribute to guaranteeing quality, ensuring health and safety, and mitigating risks for high-end industrial projects. You will focus on high added-value QHSE services primarily for the Oil & Gas, Power, and Process industries.

Technical Competencies

• Qualification: BSc. Metallurgical & Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certification: Preferred (not mandatory): API-580, 571, 510, 570, or 653.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field, specifically in conducting RBI studies.
• Software Skills: Hands-on experience with Meridium APM, API-RBI, or E2G software.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of Corrosion Loops & Identification of Damage Mechanisms.
• Preparation of Circuitization Descriptions and Inventory Groups.
• Data collection, review, and population of study assumptions for missing data.
• Performing Probability of Failure and Consequence Assessments.
• Risk Assessment & Analysis using Corporate Risk Matrices (API-RBI, Meridium, Palladio, etc.).
• Conducting Database Review Workshops and preparing RBI Reports.
• Development of Inspection Plans and identification of NDT techniques.
• Determination of Inspection Data and Frequency.

Professional Attributes

• Strong knowledge of International Standards (API-580, 581, 571, 510, ASME Sec VIII).
• Familiarity with major operator specifications (ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, etc.).
• Excellent technical reporting and communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in an inclusive and flexible multinational environment.
