Job Summary

  • Position Title: Sales Representative (English + Urdu)
  • Location: Remote (Worldwide)
  • Employment Type: Full-time (39 hours per week)
  • Work Shift: 08:15 AM – 04:15 PM (Eastern Standard Time - EST)
  • Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission & KPI Bonuses
  • Reports To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Drive inbound and outbound sales efforts by making calls, following up with hot or warm leads, and closing enrollment deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based partnerships with U.S.-based families and healthcare providers.
  • CRM Integrity: Maintain precise, real-time data entries and pipeline tracking within company CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce).

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of verifiable experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within an international, outsourced, or multilingual framework.
  • Prior experience operating in the U.S. healthcare sector or home care industry is highly advantageous.
  • Active experience managing sales funnels inside HubSpot or Salesforce.

Language & Communication:

  • Bilingual Fluency: Complete professional fluency in both English and Urdu (written and verbal). Candidates must be highly expressive, persuasive, and empathetic.

Technical Remote Setup:

  • A highly reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • A professional noise-canceling headset.
  • A dependable, modern computer device capable of running remote calling and CRM tools simultaneously.
