Key Responsibilities & Job Duties

Project Delivery & Design Management

• Communicating project scope, commercial fees, milestones, deliverables, and engineering programmes to the technical team through comprehensive Project Kick-Off meetings and regular lifecycle updates.
• Overseeing the administration of sub-consultants' agreements, performance tracking, and processing of payments through the internal Design Management function.
• Ensuring the comprehensive Project Execution Plan (PEP) systematically addresses design management requirements, including the integration and interface management between client requirements and sub-consultant design packages.
• Supporting the Project Director (PD) and Project Manager (PM) in the production of standard project management suites, operational forms, and structural compliance documents.
• Assisting leadership teams in risk identification, quantitative mitigation, and proactive change management regarding scope extensions or variations.
• Identifying technical resourcing constraints or requirements and coordinating solutions efficiently with Technical Team Leads.
• Delivering comprehensive internal and external monthly reporting metrics by maintaining a planned project delivery schedule.
• Ensuring all active Quality Systems processes are strictly adhered to throughout the project delivery lifespan and undertaking post-project debriefs with client stakeholders.

Financial & Risk Management

• Monitoring Design Team progress and real-time execution costs to highlight when budgets deviate from planned pathways, coordinating tightly with Technical Leads to prevent overruns.
• Utilizing commercial acumen to proactively manage risks through corporate tools, regular client engagement, and routine contingency updates across each design stage.
• Preparing client invoices for subsequent review and authorization by the Project Director while keeping financial registers accurate.
• Driving organizational change processes and remaining responsible for the complete compilation and tracking of project variations.

Administrative Governance

• Performing core administrative project management tasks, including the preparation of invoices, cost estimates, meeting minutes, scheduling, and tracking project schedules.
• Maintaining secure, organized project documentation and recording historical data to ensure traceable tracking and reporting of project progress.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a closely related technical discipline from an approved university.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of three (03) to five (05) years of experience in project management, specifically focused on the design and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of engineering principles, landscape construction practices, and multidisciplinary design workflows.
• Professional Registration: Active registration with an internationally recognized professional body (such as the Project Management Institute - PMI, or the Institution of Civil Engineers - ICE) will be viewed favorably.
