Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage administrative operations of the Policy Board office in Peshawar
- • Support and organize high-level board meetings and committee activities
- • Oversee HR, operations, and financial activities
- • Ensure compliance with MTI Reforms Act 2015 and regulations
- • Coordinate with MTI management and health facilities
- • Manage documentation and governance records
- • Supervise office staff and administrative functions
- • Support health policy implementation initiatives
- • Interface between the Board and healthcare institutions
- • Ensure effective digital health governance practices
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Health Management, IT/System Management, Law, or related field
- ✓ Master's degree preferred
- ✓ Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience
- ✓ 5+ years in senior administrative role
- ✓ Experience with high-level committees or Boards in health or government sector (preferred)
- ✓ Familiarity with HR, operations, and finances
- ✓ Knowledge of health systems and digital health governance
- ✓ Understanding of health policy
- ✓ Strong organizational and management skills
- ✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

- 8 In case of selection, the candidate shall resign from Previous Job.
- 9 The Policy Board reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
- 10 The prescribed quota for disabilities and minorities will be maintained as per rule.
- 11 Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant the decision of the selection committee will be final subject to approval by the Board of Governors.
- 12 Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
- 13 After a final decision no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.
