We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at ARM Group in Karachi. As the first point of contact for our manufacturing facility, you will play a critical role in representing our corporate image. This is a permanent, onsite position ideal for an organized individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with a diverse range of people.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the front desk operations with precision and grace. Primary duties include:
- Greeting and directing visitors, vendors, and clients to the appropriate departments.
- Managing a multi-line switchboard, screening calls, and taking detailed messages.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area that reflects our professional standards.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written English and Urdu skills.
- Professional Demeanor: A polished appearance and a positive, helpful attitude.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
