The Punjab Forest Department is recruiting an Animator (PPS-8) for the "GIS-Based Protection Regime" project. This specialized role involves creating high-end digital content to support the communication and conservation efforts of the Forestry, Wildlife & Fisheries Department.

Position Summary

The role offers an initial monthly salary of 350,000/- PKR. There is 01 post available for this position, and the selected candidate must be willing to serve anywhere in Punjab as required by the project's digital communication needs.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (16-year qualification) in Fine Arts, Film & TV, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. A minimum of 7 years of proven experience is mandatory. Expertise must include creating high-quality animations using software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, or Maya. Candidates should possess strong skills in drawing, modeling, and storytelling across 2D/3D animations, visual effects, and motion graphics.

Age Limit & Relaxation

The standard age limit is 28 to 35 years. However, per Govt. of Punjab, S&GAD Notification No. SORI(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08-08-2016, general age relaxation is granted at the date of advertisement: males receive +5 years and females receive +8 years in the upper age limit.

Mandatory Conditions

Recruitment is strictly on a contractual basis during the project period, with annual increments applied per approved PC-1 or Government policies. Only candidates from Punjab Province are eligible. In-service candidates must obtain and provide an NOC/DPC from their respective departments at the time of interview. The Department reserves the right to shortlist candidates, and the Selection Committee's decision is final.

The Authority is authorized to increase or decrease the posts at any time without giving any prior notice. The Competent Authority may cancel the recruitment at any time without any prior notice. Selected candidates will not establish any claim for permanent appointment, and no TA/DA is admissible for tests or interviews. The post name must be clearly mentioned on both the application and the envelope. Incomplete or late applications reaching after the 31-05-2026 deadline will be rejected without notice.
