Key Responsibilities & Job Duties

• Estimation & Proposal Development: Preparing project-specific cost estimations by exploring and coordinating with local service providers and contractors. Obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating favorable pricing, and developing technically sound, commercially competitive proposals while strictly ensuring asset profitability.
• Project Management & Tracking: Supporting and managing engineering projects across the Middle East region through regular interaction, site visits, structural meetings, and close coordination with customer project teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serving as a central point of contact to coordinate activities seamlessly between service execution teams, subcontractors, client representatives, and internal sales departments.
• Cost & Progress Monitoring: Monitoring real-time project progress and operational performance against approved plans. Actively controlling project costs to avoid budget overruns and minimize structural deviations.
• Resource Optimization: Identifying, organizing, and managing the technical resources required to complete projects efficiently, resolving unexpected execution challenges to avoid operational delays.
• Subcontractor Management: Selecting, coordinating, and supervising local subcontractors to ensure smooth project integration and satisfactory service standards.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline from an approved university.
• Professional Experience: Four (04) to eight (08) years of direct experience in project engineering, field execution, mechanical commissioning, or industrial projects.
• Regional Experience: Past experience working directly with customers and industrial contractors across the Middle East region is highly advantageous.
• Core Competencies: Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, backed by deep exposure to rigorous Industrial Safety Standards.
• Linguistic Preference: Proficiency in the Italian language is preferred to facilitate seamless communication with technical design channels.
