About This Role
Multiverse seeks an Affiliate Manager to lead Pakistan market growth. Transform the iGaming landscape by building and managing strategic affiliate networks, driving revenue, and fostering partner relationships. Lead a high-performing team, mentor affiliates, and develop comprehensive training programs. Monitor performance metrics, analyze daily reports, and drive process improvements. This fully remote role offers competitive compensation, profit sharing, and career development within a multicultural team founded in 2023. Based in Islamabad but fully remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- • Lead, mentor, and motivate affiliate network with clear performance expectations
- • Train and educate affiliates on products, policies, and procedures
- • Monitor affiliate performance, KPIs, and provide coaching feedback
- • Recruit and develop new affiliates to expand partner network
- • Provide dedicated support to VIP and strategic partners
- • Build strong relationships and ensure partner satisfaction
- • Support vertical integration and social media management cooperation
- • Monitor daily performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
- • Set clear KPI targets (new partners, deals closed, NGR, revenue)
- • Analyze marketing actions via CRM tools and adjust strategies
- • Drive process improvement within affiliate network operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- ✓ Proven experience in affiliate management or affiliate marketing
- ✓ Background in iGaming industry preferred
- ✓ In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- ✓ Strong leadership with ability to inspire and motivate teams
- ✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓ Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
- ✓ Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, marketing tools
- ✓ Understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends
- ✓ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in fast-paced environment
- ✓ Problem-solving skills for challenging situations
- ✓ Fluency in Bengali and English (additional languages a plus)
- ✓ Helpful and supportive interpersonal approach
