Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team in Lahore. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across key channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms). Your core focus will be driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROAS, and scaling our digital presence globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across major digital paid channels.
• Optimization & ROI: Monitor campaign performance daily using advanced analytics tools to optimize for maximum conversions and lower CPA/CAC.
• A/B Testing: Design and execute structured A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with internal design and content teams to brainstorm and produce high-converting ad copy and visual assets.
• Budget & Forecasting: Efficiently manage monthly ad budgets, forecasting spend trends to maximize efficiency and scaling successful campaigns.
• Reporting & Insights: Track, analyze, and present key performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR) to senior management via detailed reports.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve regarding paid media updates, privacy changes, analytics tools, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on, proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (experience in Fintech or Finance is a major plus).
• Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional data-driven decision-making skills with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple high-budget campaigns simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate data trends into actionable strategies.
