90 Ordnance Unit Bahawalpur Cantt has officially opened recruitment for various staff positions for the year 2026. This recruitment drive is designed to strengthen the unit's technical and administrative departments by filling vacancies ranging from BPS-02 to BPS-11. We are looking for dedicated, qualified professionals who meet specific educational and technical criteria.

List of Vacancies


Lower Division Clerk (BPS-11)


A candidate for this position must possess a Matric qualification and a minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. If selected, the individual is required to pass a 3-week Basic IT Training Course, including MS Office conducted by NITB, during their probation period. There is currently 1 vacancy available on a Merit basis, and the age limit for applicants is 18 to 30 years.


Assistant Storekeeper (BPS-09)


Applicants must have completed their Matric and hold a six-month diploma in computer applications. Additionally, a one-year certificate of work experience in storekeeping and store management from a recognized organization is required. This post has 1 vacancy available under the Merit quota for individuals aged 18 to 30 years.


Storeman (BPS-07)


This role requires a Matric degree along with a six-month computer application diploma and one year of experience in store management. Alternatively, JCOs or NCOs from any Arm or Service with relevant experience and the required computer diploma may apply. There are 9 total vacancies distributed as follows: Punjab (5), KPK (1), Sindh Urban (1), Sindh Rural (1), and Balochistan (1). The age limit is 18 to 30 years, extending to 33 years for JCOs and NCOs.


Driver (BPS-04)


Candidates must have at least a Primary pass and a valid LTV driving license. While the basic requirement is established, preference will be given to those with documented driving experience. There are 6 vacancies available under the Local quota for applicants between 18 and 30 years of age.


Painter (BPS-03)


This technical position requires a Primary pass and at least six months of practical experience in the painting field. There is 1 vacancy available specifically for Local candidates within the age bracket of 18 to 30 years.


Carpenter (BPS-03)


To qualify, an applicant must have a Primary level education and six months of experience in carpentry. There are 2 vacancies reserved under the Local quota. Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old to be eligible for consideration.


Leader Fireman (BPS-03)


The ideal candidate should have a Primary pass and six months of relevant field experience, supplemented by a firefighting diploma from a recognized institution. Only 1 vacancy is available under the Local quota for individuals aged 18 to 30 years.


Fireman (BPS-02)


Applicants for the Fireman role must have a Primary pass and hold a firefighting diploma from a recognized institution. There are 6 vacancies open under the Local quota. The age limit for all interested candidates is 18 to 30 years.

  • Government servants who are already serving can submit their applications through proper channel.
  • Quota for women and disable persons is reserved as per rules.
  • Upper age limit for Ex-FATA, Balochistan, Sindh Rural, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir is 33 Years and for Ex-Service Man 45 Years.
  • Last date for submission of applications is 15 days after publish of advertisement. Application received after due date will not be entertained.
  • No TA/DA is admissible.
  • Candidates will produce their original documents at time of the test interview.
  • Test & interview will be conducted on 03 June 2026 08:30 AM at Central Ordnance Depot Khanewal.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/interview through their mobile.
