Position Overview
3CIX-LTD is a stable, rapidly growing organization looking to add two highly motivated and experienced Key Account Managers to our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will shape our client strategy, drive significant business growth, and cultivate lasting relationships across our premium client base.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring sustained client success through exceptional service, consultative advisory, and sales expertise. You will champion our cutting-edge portfolio of Human Resource and Recruitment Software solutions, helping mid-to-large enterprise clients optimize their talent infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven account plans to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers (CHROs, HR Directors, TAH)
- Identify client needs and strategically introduce HR tech solutions (ATS, HRIS, HCM, payroll/performance management)
- Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting to predict revenue pipelines
- Oversee negotiation and management of commercial contracts, renewals, and SLAs
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams for client success
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
- 7+ years of progressive experience in key account management, B2B sales, or corporate client-facing roles
- Proven success selling Human Resource Software or Recruitment Software solutions
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and modern HR operations
- Highly proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) certification
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Established professional network of HR and Talent Acquisition executives
